It found that the petitioner is being held under 8 U.S.C. \u00a7 1226(a) and is entitled to a bond hearing. The Court therefore granted the petition, ordering that by October 31, 2025, the government must either:<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"388\" data-end=\"666\">\n<li data-start=\"388\" data-end=\"593\">\n<p data-start=\"391\" data-end=\"593\"><strong data-start=\"391\" data-end=\"417\">Provide a bond hearing<\/strong> before an immigration judge\u2014where the government must prove, by clear and convincing evidence, that continued detention is justified due to danger or flight risk; <strong data-start=\"585\" data-end=\"591\">or<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"594\" data-end=\"666\">\n<p data-start=\"597\" data-end=\"666\"><strong data-start=\"597\" data-end=\"623\">Release the petitioner<\/strong> under reasonable supervision conditions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-start=\"668\" data-end=\"806\">Additionally, the Court ordered that Brandon Crowley be substituted as the respondent and that the case name be updated accordingly.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"808\" data-end=\"872\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Signed by Judge Jeffrey I.
