Provisional Waiver Program has been expanded!
On November 20, 2014, President Obama and the Department of Homeland Security announced expansion of the already existing provisional waiver program created in January 2013. The program will now include the spouses and adult children of lawful permanent residents, as well as the adult children of U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents.
The Immigration Service is NOT YET accepting provisional waiver applications in these categories. Please schedule a consultation with one of our attorneys to learn if you may be eligible for this program in the future!
