Isabella Siragusa is a highly dedicated attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois, concentrating her practice exclusively on complex and nuanced areas of U.S. immigration and nationality law. A 2025 graduate of University of Iowa Law School, Ms. Siragusa practiced before the federal courts in the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals even prior to graduation.
With a deep commitment to serving her clients’ legal needs, Ms. Siragusa routinely appears and advocates before key federal agencies and judicial bodies responsible for immigration enforcement and adjudication. She regularly practices before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). She represents individuals and businesses in matters relating to family-based petitions, employment-based visas, adjustment of status, naturalization, and asylum applications.
Ms. Siragusa also appears before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (Immigration Courts) while vigorously defending clients in removal (deportation) proceedings, including hearings for cancellation of removal, waivers of inadmissibility, asylum, withholding of removal and convention against torture relief.
Her practice also includes appearing before the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). She assists clients with issues related to detention, bond hearings, stays of removal, and compliance matters.
