Nicole Provax

Biography

Nicole Provax is an attorney with Kriezelman Burton & Associates, LLC.  She has been with the firm and practicing immigration law since January 2021 and focuses her practice on family-based immigration, humanitarian relief, removal-defense, and federal court litigation.  She represents clients throughout the country before U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, the Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and federal district and appellate courts.

Nicole graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina Honors College in 2017 with her bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Spanish.  She graduated with Leadership Distinction in Global Learning and Professional and Civic Engagement.  She earned her law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in May 2020.  Nicole was awarded a Certificate in Advocacy and a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Writing.

Nicole is currently a committee member of the New Lawyer’s Division for the Immigration Law Section of the Federal Bar Association which plans webinars on a variety of immigration topics for newer lawyers across the country.

Nicole speaks Spanish and volunteers when she can to provide pro bono services including workshops for citizenship and temporary protected status.
