– On October 24, 2013, Attorney Tejas Shah will moderate a panel presented by the South Asian Bar Association North America (SABA-NA) on immigration and tax issues affecting global professionals. The webinar will cover issues such as the preservation of permanent residency and eligibility for U.S. naturalization after being transferred outside the U.S., tax liabilities when one’s immigration status changes and/or after a transfer to the U.S., short and long-term U.S. immigration options for in-bound transferees, and other related topics. This webinar will be particularly valuable to professionals who have been transferred to the U.S. and want a better understanding of U.S. tax rules as well as HR professionals.
