La eliminación en virtud de dicha orden es muy grave y puede dar lugar a una prohibición de 20 años de los Estados Unidos.

Además, a una persona que originalmente ingresó a los Estados Unidos en el programa de exención de visa también se le puede emitir una orden de expulsión administrativa si se prolonga la fecha de admisión.
