Cuando un inversor elige administrar activamente un negocio, la empresa comercial subyacente puede establecerse a través de un amplio espectro de entidades comerciales, incluida una sociedad de responsabilidad limitada, una sociedad de cartera y subsidiarias de propiedad total de dichas entidades. La entidad debe ser con fines de lucro. El inversor debe demostrar que los fondos han sido puestos en riesgo, que la fuente de fondos es legítima y que se crearán los 10 empleos necesarios durante los dos años de residencia condicional otorgada al inversionista.
